Hello, my name is Anna Gola. My number is 0753799****, my email address is ania.gola@***.com My gett app stopped working. I used to use gett in past and all wqs working well. I didn't use it for some time and now wanted to install it again and it's not possible. To start with it asks me for my number, I confirm that it's my number and it doesn't go through. I get an information that something went wrong and to try again later. I tried many times but for some reason it says there is a problem , try again later. I tried to call gett but anytime I call they say they are busy and disconnect me. I cant chat with customer service as to be able to do so first app asks me for my number which then is not accepted. I would greatly appreciate your help to make the app work for me again. Kind regards Anna Gola

Hello, I live in the U.S, visited Israel and used Gett. I need my receipts and the app does not open while I'm in the U.S. The support mail does not respond, the phone sends me to chat in the app., which once again - does not open! Please help me get my receipts and remove all payment methods from the app as I don't have access to it. Thank you, Tamar Glaser

User's recommendation: If you use the service, delete all payment methods and get a print screen of your receipts before you leave the country in which you got service.

Charged service fee when no one showed up to pick us up

Order a taxi. You gave me a liscense plate number and I stood on the corner and waited no one ever showed up and I received a email stating driver cancel and I a being charged a cancellaton fee. I did not cancel the driver did Please refund the cancellation fee to my American Express card. Thank you
